Maxima Albany - Store Operations Manager

Overview We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our Maxima Albany store in New Zealand on a full‑time basis. Responsibilities Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and ensure the store consistently looks appealing. Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups. Manage and audit stocktakes. Help build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and regular feedback. Engage and motivate the in‑store team to meet KPIs and uphold our values. Qualifications Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock. Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
