Store person / Inventory Controller

A catering company operating throughout New Zealand is looking for a full-time permanent Store person / Inventory controller. Store person responsibilities include receiving inward goods and deliveries, ensuring a steady supply of food and equipment items to the production area, picking and packing goods, and maintaining documentation. Inventory Controller responsibilities focus on coordinating and controlling the inventory flow to our customers, maintaining accurate inventory management in the Warehouse/Food Stores department, and ensuring consistent supply to production. This hands‑on role involves daily operation of the department and requires working shifts, weekends, and a 5‑day roster. Experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment is advantageous, but reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work unsupervised are highly valued. Requirements Experience with inward goods, inventory control, order picking, and receiving is an advantage. Good working knowledge of SAP system and intermediate level of Excel and Word required to maintain records. Delivery times adherence and follow‑up. Problem solver with a can‑do attitude. Proven ability to work unsupervised. Forklift driving experience and license is required; an additional advantage. Ability to work shift hours and weekends. Benefits Onsite secure car parking.
