About the Practice The Doctors Total Health offers an opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to join their friendly and supportive team in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We are a well-established family general medical practice with a centrally located, purpose-built clinic that provides modern facilities. Our team includes three GP Fellows, a dedicated group of practice nurses, and experienced administrative staff, all working under the guidance of a dedicated Practice Manager. Key Highlights Support all levels of training and stages of career Ideally have skills in minor surgery (other specialties welcome) Teaching practice with opportunities to teach medical students and GP registrars Approachable team in a supportive environment with regular clinic events and outings Purpose-built clinic located 10 min from Ohope Beach and 5 min from the hospital Based in beautiful Whakatane About the Position and You You will bring to the role: Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience Great communication skills Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community Hold Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, preferably 24–32 hours (6–8 sessions) per week.
