UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will onboard and enable customers, provide tailored resources, and drive ongoing engagement to ensure customers achieve their goals with our CRPM platform. The role requires strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
