Te tūranga - The role As the Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership and expert analysis, delivering high‑quality research that informs monetary policy and supports the Bank's strategic objectives. In this role you will manage a core part of the research programme, ensuring it is impactful, well‑integrated with policy work, collaborative, and visible across the Bank and to external stakeholders.
