Beef Finishing Specialist - Titoki Farm

Opportunity We’re looking for a dedicated farmhand to grow and develop your beef finishing skills while contributing to the day‑to‑day operation of Titoki Farm, located just 25 minutes northwest of Whangārei. You will work closely with the Farm Manager and a supportive team. Responsibilities Assist with stock work, animal health, grazing plans, pasture management, weight monitoring, and general farm maintenance. Record and analyze farm information using Pāmu systems such as TruTest and FarmIQ. Support modern grazing systems and help maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a similar farming role or confidence to step up into a beef‑finishing position. Ability to work with or build a team of one to two working dogs. Interest in beef finishing and modern grazing techniques. Good communication skills and a team‑oriented approach. Practical knowledge of health, safety, and animal welfare. Attention to detail when recording information. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow your farming skill set.
