About the role An experienced Supervisor is needed to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our facility in Timaru, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to valued clients. This full‑time position leads a team of up to ten members. What you’ll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timelines. Monitor and optimise warehouse workflows and processes to drive productivity and operational excellence. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations. Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management. Foster a positive, co‑operative and safety‑focused work culture. Assist with the training and development of warehouse staff. What we’re looking for At least 3years of experience in a warehouse or logistics operations supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to address operational challenges. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a logistics environment. A cooperative and adaptable relationship builder focused on continuous improvement.
