This is a rewarding and challenging position within an environment that will stretch your skills and offer ongoing support.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing general administrative support to teams and managementManage correspondence, including emails, phone calls and incoming and outgoing mail/ordersLiaising with our management team and the publicLiaising with organisations and services we work withGeneral reception and front-desk dutiesBooking whanau visits for the wahine in our careManage administration functions to support site operationsRecord management and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department timelines and standardsProviding administration support across our site by setting up meeting invites, taking minutes, recording actions, communicating with external stakeholders and filingIn this busy role, you will thrive working collaboratively within a team. You will operate in a challenging, fast-paced environment where the ability to multitask, remain adaptable, and follow policies and procedures is essential.
