As the Senior Bank Manager of our Palmerston North branch, you’ll lead one of our largest and most strategically important Manawatū banking teams, helping shape how we serve customers, support local businesses, and contribute to the wider community. This is a people‑first leadership role with real local impact. You’ll create an environment where customers feel welcome and supported, your team feel confident and valued, and the branch delivers strong outcomes with care, consistency and purpose. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead the overall performance, culture and rhythm of the branch. You’ll build trusted relationships across the bank and throughout the community, help your team grow, and ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer experiences across personal banking, business banking and wealth.
