About us

Crimson Academies is a group of schools reimagining education in Aotearoa. This role sits with our newest schools: Future School, our Takapuna campus building future-ready skills alongside academics; Mt Hobson Academy, an online project-based school for Years 1-10; and Aotearoa Infinite Academy, New Zealand's first tuition-free online high school. More schools are on the way.

Every school has its own character and community, and our marketing team is small enough that what you make goes out into the world with your fingerprints on it.

Behind every full classroom is a story that got told well. That's where you come in.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing across our new schools and help grow enrolments, with a particular focus on Future School. You'll be across social, design, content, campaigns and community events. If you like making things and want variety instead of repetition, this will suit you.

  • Coordinate the practical side when events come up, venue, catering and suppliers, including getting quotes and keeping things within budget

  • Keep an eye on website traffic and campaign performance, and share a short weekly update on what's live and how it's tracking

  • Help with branded merchandise when it comes up

About you
  • Based in Auckland and happy to be on campus regularly

  • Strong written and visual communication, you can write a caption and make it look good

  • Comfortable with event logistics, or evidence you can juggle suppliers and deadlines without dropping details

  • Organised, able to juggle several things without dropping any

  • Happy taking something from idea to finished on your own

  • Takes responsibility, low ego, and a bias toward action

  • Recent graduates with relevant internship, university society or project experience are welcome to apply.
