\nPosition Overview:\n
\nAs a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will assist in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children. You will collaborate with lead educators to implement Montessori-based educational programs and support children's development across all areas—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive. Montessori knowledge and qualifications are not mandatory, as you will receive mentorship and training to gain Montessori knowledge.\n

\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\n
\nAssist in delivering high-quality educational programs based on Montessori principles and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).\n
\nCreate a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.\n
\nSupport children's daily routines and ensure their individual needs are met.\n
\nAssist in planning and documenting children’s learning and development.\n
\nBuild strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.\n
\nEnsure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and child safety regulations.\n
\nCollaborate with other educators to maintain a positive team culture.\n
\nQualifications and Skills:\n
\n
\nCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).\n
\nExperience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.\n
\nA strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.\n
\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\n
\nCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification.\n
\nRRHAN-EC Certification (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care - mandatory).\n
\nPassion for early childhood education and a commitment to Montessori principles.\n
