We’re looking for an experienced Treasury Product Owner to lead the definition and delivery of key Treasury data products, services, and systems. This role is focused on shaping and delivering outcomes across important Treasury objectives, including capital, liquidity, and single depositor view DTA regulatory change requirements. You’ll build and maintain a clear roadmap, drive prioritisation, support delivery flow, and ensure stakeholders have confidence in the decisions being made. This is a role for someone who can operate comfortably across strategy, delivery, risk, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll need to bring strong judgement, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn complexity into clear, outcome‑focused delivery. As Treasury Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for Treasury data products, services and systems. You will work closely with product management, design, engineering, delivery, and senior business stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear, risks are managed, and delivery remains aligned to agreed business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening delivery maturity, maintaining a healthy and prioritised backlog, and ensuring discovery and delivery decisions are supported by evidence, insight, and strong stakeholder alignment. You’ll bring experience in product ownership, delivery, or change leadership, ideally within a Treasury, financial services, regulatory, data, or risk environment. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and making pragmatic decisions that support business outcomes. We’re looking for someone who brings: Experience delivering change in complex, regulated environments Strong understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and delivery governance Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing prioritisation decisions Experience driving discovery, hypothesis testing, and evidence‑based decision making Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills Ability to work across teams to resolve impediments and maintain delivery flow Experience supporting delivery health, continuous improvement, and capability uplift Treasury, data product, capital, liquidity, or regulatory change experience would be highly beneficial Agile delivery experience and a human‑centred approach to product and service management You’ll be someone who can zoom out to shape the roadmap, while also staying close enough to the detail to ensure the backlog is delivery‑ready, risks are visible, and outcomes are achieved.
