Job Description
Digital & Data Transformation Graduate We are looking for Graduates to join our Digital & Data Transformation team in Pōneke/Wellington, commencing in February 2027. Our team helps public and private sector organisations turn strategy into action through technology, data, AI and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities Support AI, digital and technology strategy development and identify high‑value use cases. Assist in designing technology roadmaps, modern architectures and implementing AI‑enabled solutions. Collaborate with clients to assess and uplift digital, data and technology capability. Analyze data and generate insights to support better decision‑making. Support change and transformation initiatives across people, process and technology. Qualifications Degree or final‑year student in Commerce, Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Science or another technology‑related discipline. Strong academic performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn. Interest in how technology, architecture, data and AI help organisations solve complex challenges. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated leadership through work, sport, volunteering or extracurricular activities.
