We value long‑term relationships, teamwork, and supporting each other. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver full mechanical servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and in‑field breakdown support. Pre‑assemble and prepare cutting‑edge machinery for customers. Build strong relationships with farmers and contractors. Support apprentices and fellow technicians with your expertise. What You Bring Qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent). A valid driver’s licence. Strong customer focus and a solid work ethic. Commitment to safe, efficient work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Not Qualified? No Problem – We Will Consider the Following Hands‑on experience within the agricultural industry – driving, operating, or maintaining contractor machinery combined with a desire to take on a new challenge servicing first‑class machinery while completing a formal qualification that will take you around the world.
