Operator, Vineyard

Job Summary Full‑time Vineyard Worker reporting to the Vineyard Manager. Responsible for daily vineyard operations including machine operation, harvesting, spraying, and general maintenance. Responsibilities Operate machinery and provide day‑to‑day care of vineyards. Supervise seasonal workers during harvest, spraying, frost‑fighting, and other seasonal tasks. Perform vineyard maintenance tasks such as mulching, spraying, trimming, plucking, and general upkeep of vines. Maintain trellis systems and irrigation infrastructure. Assist with harvest operations and pack grapes for processing. Qualifications & Requirements Current driver’s license. Experience in vineyards or a similar agricultural industry (preferred but not essential). Team player with a can‑do attitude. Flexibility for seasonal work, including potential shift work.
