Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments. Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters. Essential Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Korean, Malay or Vietnamese. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude. Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives.
