Job Overview Management Level Specialist - Audit - Christchurch (Ōtautahi) We are looking for graduates to join our Audit team in Christchurch, commencing in February 2027. The Audit team builds trust in how organisations report their performance. You’ll deliver audits that give stakeholders clarity and confidence, combining technical expertise with open communication. Work with high-profile clients using market-leading tools and technology. The role includes travel and interaction with different clients and teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver audit engagements that give stakeholders clarity and confidence. Use technical expertise to assess and unravel complex financial situations. Collaborate with industry-leading professionals across client and internal teams. Utilise cutting-edge technology and audit tools. Contribute to meaningful impact on the success and trustworthiness of businesses in New Zealand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Data Analytics, Management Studies, Mathematics, Science or a similar discipline. Be in your final year of study or have recently graduated. Intention to complete a professional qualification such as CA ANZ, CPA Australia or CFA. Strong academic performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, curious and willing to learn. Strong interpersonal, client, colleague and teamwork skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Adaptability across different clients, teams and types of work. Well-rounded background including work, sport, volunteering, leadership or extracurricular activities. Tech-savvy and willing to work with audit tools, data and emerging technology.
