Seeking an experienced Mental Health professional to join Awhi Mātua, a community mental health team for older adults. About the Role Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week) based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Monday to Friday, 8:00‑4:30pm. Responsibilities Liaise and signpost for referrers Phone triage following an established pathway Management of the referrals list About the Team / Service / Location This role is based with Awhi Mātua, a community mental health team serving the central Auckland population of adults over 65 who are experiencing moderate to severe mental illness or behavioural and psychological difficulties associated with dementia. The team works with people from acute crisis through continuing care.
