Responsibilities You will work with clients and colleagues to understand complex financial information, solve problems and contribute to high‑quality audit outcomes. You will be encouraged to ask questions, think independently, take ownership of your work and step into more responsibility as you grow. Qualifications Be in your final year of study, recently graduated or continuing your studies after completing a summer internship. You should hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Data Analytics, Management Studies, Mathematics, Science or another relevant discipline. Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills; an interest in understanding organisations, financial information and how businesses operate; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a curious, proactive attitude and willingness to learn; strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities; a collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships; comfort working with technology, data and emerging AI‑enabled ways of working; and an interest in working towards a professional qualification such as CA ANZ, CPA or CFA.
