Responsibilities Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, whether they’re locals or travellers. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with service at the bar or tables. Run food to guests with energy and care, ensuring presentation and timing are on point. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment. Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the manager. Support the team during events and busy periods, helping create a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including those related to food handling and alcohol service. Qualifications Natural flair for customer service. Team player with a positive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment. Field of study: Hospitality or Restauration (preferred but not essential).
