We are seeking a tumuaki tuarua/deputy principal Is a confident educational leader who can contribute to and help shape the ongoing strategic priorities of our kura. Is a proven curriculum leader capable of guiding school-wide assessment and data analysis to drive student progress and demonstrates a strong knowledge of using HERO. Demonstrates excellent relational skills by being approachable, trustworthy, supportive, and shows manaakitanga in all interactions. Values teamwork and recognises the importance of their role within the Senior Leadership Team, showing rangatiratanga by bringing out the best in others. Is highly visible and actively engaged in the life of the school, fostering strong whanaungatanga with ākonga, staff, whānau, and our supportive community. Strongly commits to upholding and giving effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Above all, we are seeking a leader of people. Someone who values relationships, builds trust and leads with integrity.
