Full Time Application Closes 07 Aug 2026 Manawatu - Palmerston North IT Business Analysts The Data and Reporting Analyst provides stakeholders with trusted business information and analytics that support and enhance organisational performance. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business needs. The role also contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of best-practice data, reporting systems, and processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and meaningful insights across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI and SSRS. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights. Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose. Provide analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Data Management & Quality Work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality. Identify and resolve data issues, discrepancies, and gaps. Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting. Support governance and best practices for data management. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs. Act as a subject matter expert for data and reporting queries. Communicate insights in a clear, non-technical manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
