Senior HR Advisor

Overview We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work part‑time (20 hours per week) in Blenheim, New Zealand, supporting local operations and the wider HR team across the organization. The role provides operational HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees. Key Responsibilities Implement performance management processes. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the ANZ business, including Future Workforce and Cadet Programs. Support employee relations matters. Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes. Support delivery of culture journey and HR process enhancements. Co‑lead organisational development activities such as surveys, performance, and change management. Manage databases and HR systems (e.g., Workday). Coach and mentor other People & Culture team members and model company culture. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including employment relations and recruitment. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday. Analytical mindset with strong data and critical‑thinking skills. Experience coaching/mentoring at a senior level.
