Job Summary Job Type: Permanent – Full Time Location: Albany, Auckland Job Category: IT We are looking for an experienced intermediate IT Systems Administrator who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The role involves day‑to‑day administration, support, optimisation, and security of our Zoho One environment, while also supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, identity services, end‑user technology, and core network infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, suppliers, managed service providers, and security operations teams to maintain reliable, secure, and well‑documented IT services. Key Responsibilities Administer and support the organisation’s Zoho One environment, including user onboarding, offboarding, licences, permissions, groups, roles, and MFA. Support Zoho applications such as Zoho Mail, Workplace, CRM, Desk, People, Books, Creator, Analytics, Flow, and other Zoho products used by the business. Configure, troubleshoot, and improve Zoho workflows, forms, automations, reports, integrations, and user access. Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, and related services. Support Azure cloud environments, hosted applications, identity management, access reviews, group management, conditional access, and MFA. Provide Level 1–2 support across hardware, software, devices, printers, connectivity, applications, and access‑related issues. Assist with laptop and desktop provisioning, troubleshooting, replacements, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts. Support network services including switches, VLANs, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and site connectivity. Assist with security monitoring, investigation, and incident response using tools such as CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, or similar platforms. Maintain accurate technical documentation, including support procedures, system configurations, access records, and knowledge base articles. Desired Skills and Experience Hands‑on Zoho One administration experience. Experience managing users, licences, access, permissions, roles, and security settings in Zoho One. Experience supporting or administering Zoho applications such as Zoho Mail, CRM, Desk, People, Books, Creator, Analytics, or Flow. Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID. Exposure to Azure cloud services and hosted infrastructure. Level 1–2 IT infrastructure and end‑user support experience. Knowledge of identity and access management, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Additional Experience (advantageous) Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, API integrations, or workflow automation. Integrating Zoho One with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, CRM platforms, finance systems, or other business applications. Fortinet experience, including FortiGate and FortiManager. Networking knowledge across VLANs, switching, wireless networking, VPNs, and firewalls. Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools. Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, or equivalent controls. Why Join Us?
