About the Role As an Administration Coordinator FIT (Faecal Immunochemical Test) Kit Pathway, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of the FIT Kit pathway. Your day will involve coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting data‑tracking processes to ensure timely and effective patient care. Working within established processes, you will monitor incoming results, update registers and spreadsheets, and assist with preparing patient communications. Your attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows will help ensure high‑quality data management and smooth patient flow across the service. Responsibilities Coordinate patient referrals and manage patient records. Monitor incoming FIT results and update registers and spreadsheets. Assist with preparing patient communications. Support data tracking processes to ensure timely and effective patient care. About you Previous administrative or data entry experience. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Confidence using Microsoft Excel and data systems. The ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines. An understanding of TeTiriti oWaitangi and a commitment to equity in health outcomes.
