ABOUT THE ROLE This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customers receive timely updates throughout the order process. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, coordinate returns and credits, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
