About the Company Our client is a well-established New Zealand food manufacturing business, producing trusted products for the local and export market. The Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Manager will lead the day-to‑day operation of the finished goods and raw materials warehouses. You’ll own inventory accuracy, DIFOT performance and food safety compliance, while building a high performing warehouse team that supports production and overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations across receipt, storage, picking and dispatch Drive DIFOT, inventory accuracy and food safety and quality compliance Plan labour and resources to meet production schedules and customer delivery timeframes Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team, embedding a strong safety‑first culture Manage cycle counts and stock takes, investigating and resolving variances Oversee WMS master data, warehouse equipment and pallet management Support GMP/HACCP and MPI audits, driving corrective actions to completion Identify and implement continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems Key Skills & Experience Required Proven warehouse leadership experience, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG Continuous Improvement mindset and a Health and Safety focus Confident people leader with a track record of managing performance and engagement in a busy operation Forklift / Reach license Experience with MPI audits and GMP/HACCP environments highly advantageous What’s In It For You This is a genuine opportunity to lead a critical function within a well‑established food manufacturing business, with real ownership over inventory, DIFOT and warehouse performance.
