Generative AI Engineer (LLM & RAG)

Role: Contract About the Role We are looking for a hands‑on GenAI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions. You will build scalable, secure, and production‑ready AI applications focused on intelligent search, knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and AI‑powered decision support. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise GenAI and LLM‑based applications. Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and prompt grounding. Develop AI‑powered search, document intelligence, and workflow automation solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and cloud environments. Improve AI solution quality, performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical leadership. Required Skills 8+ years of technology experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI. Strong hands‑on experience with Python. Proven experience building enterprise LLM/GenAI applications. Strong expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering. Experience with structured and unstructured data. Knowledge of cloud‑native architecture and Responsible AI. Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
