Job Description

Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor with approximately 3–5 years post‑qualification experience to join an established commercial law team with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice. What you’ll do You will advise a diverse client base that includes privately owned businesses, growth‑focused organisations and established companies across a range of industries. Your work may include: Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. Advising on corporate structures, governance and company law matters. Business acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions. Commercial risk management and strategic advisory work. Regulatory, compliance and legislative matters. Corporate advisory work across a variety of sectors. Financing and commercial transactions. Intellectual property, privacy and data protection matters. Providing practical commercial advice to businesses at different stages of growth. About you You ideally bring: Approximately 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial and/or corporate law. Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills. A pragmatic, commercially focused approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build strong client relationships. A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive team environment. Confidence managing matters while continuing to learn from experienced colleagues.
