We’re looking for a mechanically minded and solutions-driven team member to join our Blenheim workshop as a Service Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in the organisation and allocation of customer jobs, ensuring our technicians’ skills are best utilized to meet our customers’ needs. About the Role Taking job bookings and customer calls. Organising daily job schedules for technicians, ensuring best use of resources across the team. Providing job assistance to our technicians in the field and in the workshop. Working with our Parts Team to arrange any parts required, ensuring efficiency and timeliness of communication. Checking documentation including ROs for accuracy prior to processing. Liaising with customers regarding the status of their machines. About You Mechanical aptitude – demonstrated experience with agricultural and/or construction and forestry equipment would be a bonus. Proven ability to manage time and scheduling of others efficiently and effectively. Previous experience engaging with customers, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as attention to detail. Experience using a range of software related to your work, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
