Graduate: Change & Workforce Transformation

Responsibilities As a Graduate, you will engage in client interviews, workshops, and training sessions, develop deliverables, and present recommendations to stakeholders nationwide across diverse industries. Typical day activities include: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision‑making processes; using data analytics to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements. Interviewing key stakeholders within the client organisation to gather insights and understand their needs, challenges, and expectations related to transformation initiatives. Supporting clients to navigate change and bring meaning into people’s work across a wide range of industries. Assisting with project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and coordinating meetings. Preparing presentations for clients, summarising findings, proposed solutions, and progress updates, and delivering training sessions. Qualifications You possess a genuine passion for shaping the future of organisations and empowering people to thrive, curiosity about how strategy, technology, and people intersect, and a degree in subjects such as Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resource Development/Management, Communications, Change Management, Labour Economics, Behavioural Theory (other fields of study also welcome). Additional skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
