About this role As an Analyst, you will work in a creative, supportive, and agile team building cutting‑edge software and systems that help clients run their business better—from customer-facing apps to cloud platforms and mission‑critical systems that keep the economy running. You will write, test, and ship code as part of an agile delivery team, work with cloud platforms, keep systems reliable, secure, and up‑to‑date, use Gen AI tools, and work directly with clients to understand their problems and turn them into working software. Roles you can fulfil Application Development: design, build, and ship modern web and mobile applications. AI‑Assisted Engineering (Generative AI): use Gen AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development and embed AI into engineering workflows. Cloud Engineering: help clients migrate to and get the most from the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), working with infra‑as‑code and DevOps. Integration Engineering: connect systems, platforms, and data sources that power clients’ business, using APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture. Platform Engineering: build and scale the platforms that applications and data run on, with a focus on security, quality, and observability. Mission‑Critical Systems: support, extend, and modernise systems that are essential to clients’ businesses. Emerging Technology: work with new tools and technologies and help bring them to clients. Typical day Write, test, and ship code as part of an agile delivery team under guidance from senior engineers. Build and deploy solutions on cloud platforms. Help keep clients’ systems reliable, secure, and up‑to‑date. Use Gen AI tools to accelerate development and learn to engineer with AI. Work directly with clients to translate problems into effective software. Required profile Final year of a STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Maths), Business/Finance/Commerce, or data‑related degree. Collaboration mindset and resilience when working on ambiguous problems. Passion for cloud, strategy, data, insights, analytics, and intelligent solutions. Ability to use data to conduct analysis and draw basic conclusions. Keen problem‑solving streak with an analytical mind. Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
