As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to become the vital link between our customers, warehouse, production team, and freight partners. In this varied role, you'll coordinate customer orders, freight and deliveries while providing outstanding service and ensuring products reach customers on time. About the Role You'll take ownership of the smooth and cost-effective movement of our products, from local deliveries through to inter-island freight movements. Working closely with our Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams, you'll ensure orders are delivered on time while optimising freight utilisation and maintaining excellent customer communication. This role combines customer service, logistics coordination and operational planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Coordination Receive, process and acknowledge customer orders. Confirm delivery requirements and keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time. Act as a key point of contact for customer delivery and logistics enquiries. Arrange domestic freight and transport across New Zealand. Plan efficient delivery schedules and maximise load utilisation. Work proactively with freight providers to resolve delays and delivery issues. Support freight cost management and continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation & Systems Generate shipping documentation and packing information. Verify freight invoices and shipping paperwork for accuracy. Maintain accurate customer, freight and order information within our ERP system. Ensure compliance with transport and shipping requirements. Operational Collaboration Work closely with Warehouse, Production and Sales teams to keep orders moving smoothly. Monitor logistics performance and contribute to freight optimisation opportunities. Assist with reporting and tracking key fulfilment and delivery KPIs. What You'll Bring Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, supply chain, fulfilment coordination or customer service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Confidence working with business systems and ERP software. A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes. Experience working with freight providers such as Mainfreight, Toll, Owens, PBT, NZ Couriers or similar transport networks is highly regarded. Experience within a mechanical parts, agricultural equipment or industrial products environment is advantageous but not essential. Experience with Infor Syteline or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not essential. Why Join Us?
