Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for outreach care in central Auckland. You will work with people experiencing homelessness to deliver holistic nursing support in community settings. You will collaborate with GPs, a Nurse Practitioner, social workers and housing teams to improve access, engagement and outcomes.
