Independent Contract Driver – Katikati (Woolworths Group Limited) Woolworths Group Limited is seeking an Independent Contract Driver to operate out of the Katikati Woolworths depot. The role is a minimum 3‑year contract, offering a stable and profitable business model for an owner‑operator. Key features of the position include: Base income guaranteed with potential to earn more per day. Weekly contract payment structure. Preferential purchase rates on new vehicles – additional vehicle options available. Opportunity to operate multiple contracted runs or vehicles to increase earnings. Responsibilities Operate delivery runs 6 days a week, providing service across 3 delivery cycles per day. Engage confidently with stores and diverse customers, delivering accurate and timely deliveries. Escalate unresolved customer issues to store or contract managers. Ensure all orders are loaded safely and efficiently, adhering to food and safety requirements. Manage workflow, develop and grow your own business, and bring on relief drivers if required. Qualifications Full and clean driver’s licence held for the past two years. Good geographical knowledge of the Katikati area. Trustworthy, confident, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit.
