Registered Nurse - District Nursing

You'll provide holistic clinical care across a diverse range of needs, including: Palliative and end-of-life care IV therapy and syringe driver management Advanced wound care, including NPWT and compression therapy Medication management Health assessment, education, and care planning These are two permanent, full-time positions (80 hours per fortnight) working on a rotating roster. Flexibility to work weekends, afternoon and evening shifts, and participate in an on-call roster is essential. He momo/About you You're a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse who enjoys working independently while knowing the support of your team is only a phone call away.
