BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR (NAPIER)

Our Napier branch is seeking a motivated, customer focused Branch Administrator to join their close knit, friendly team. As the first point of contact for our customers both over the phone and in the showroom, you will support customers with product info and next steps on their order, process orders and complete quotations as required. Other general administration duties such as processing deposits, invoices, and sales admin accurately, time sheets, coordinating deliveries, filing, and debt collection are part of this role. Who you are To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service or administration background. Your personality will shine through, you will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can take customer order detail and accurately prepare quotes. Computer literacy is essential as is a 'can do' attitude and customer service focus.
