Club Manager – Jetts New Zealand Jetts New Zealand is looking for a Club Manager on a permanent, 31‑hour weekly basis, who is energetic, positive, and loves to help people achieve their health and exercise goals by creating and maintaining a friendly and welcoming club culture. Working hours: Monday: 10am-7pm Tuesday to Thursday: 12pm-7pm Saturday: 8am-11am Fridays and Sundays off Responsibilities Drive an exceptional member experience and build key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses. Deliver the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis, reporting to your Regional Performance Manager. Maintain a positive club culture with members by engaging in key events and promotions. Perform regular in‑club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly. Qualifications NZ citizen, resident or open work visa with no restrictions for 12 months+. Current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defibrillation (NZQA unit standards 6401 and 6402), or willingness to obtain one. Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined with excellent customer service skills and sales focus. Love working with people and have a positive can‑do attitude. Interested in health & fitness industry.
