About the Role Our team members are the face of Bunnings, providing friendly and helpful service to customers, guiding them to achieve their D.I.Y. projects. Responsibilities Provide customers with outstanding experience across the store, welcoming them and offering assistance. Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy. Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers. Support a diverse, inclusive team that creates community impact and enjoys a fun workplace. Qualifications Passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm. Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers. Enthusiasm for learning about products and services, and readiness to assist across store areas. Integrity, safety focus and commitment to doing your best work. Availability for flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends, from July 2026 to January 2027. Age 15 or over.
