Customer Services & Operations Representative (Casual)

About the Role You will cover both front and back of house responsibilities, inspecting cars for damages, refueling, and assisting with the cleaning of vehicles both interior and exterior. You will also work from the customer counter, greeting and interacting with customers, marketing products and services, and completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings. Qualifications Full, clean, valid Class1 driver’s licence. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable with learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training provided). Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. Availability to work during operating hours 0800‑2030, 7 days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Benefits $25.11 per hour plus a sales incentive scheme.
