We're looking for TWO Digital Producers to Hit the Spot by creating the Best Ever content that drives reach, engagement, and traffic for The Edge across MediaWorks' digital and social platforms. These are perfect opportunities for those kicking off their media career where you will get hands‑on experience, build practical skills, and learn from some of the best in media. We’re a supportive bunch who love what we do, with a genuine focus on helping you grow personally and professionally. NOTE: One opportunity is a permanent full‑time position and the other role is a 3‑month fixed‑term contract starting July to cover an Edgie whilst they are off doing their Euro summer. Opportunities For both roles, you'll capture the moments audiences love — the laughs, exclusives, and behind‑the‑scenes entertainment. From video clips and show highlights to event coverage, you'll make sure The Edge shows are a must‑watch, must‑listen, so enjoy and share. What You'll Do Create and produce high-quality, engaging digital content. Execute digital content strategies, as briefed by the Content Director and Assistant Content Director. Work closely with announcers, producers, promotions, marketing, and the Head of Radio Digital Content to turn on‑air moments into engaging digital stories. Grow engagement and expand audiences across rova and social. Spot and act on opportunities for the next big piece of content. Use Google Analytics and insights tools to track performance and inform smart content decisions. What You'll Bring With 1‑2 years' experience shooting, editing, and producing creative digital content. Skilled in Premiere Pro and Adobe Suite with strong design, photo, and video editing ability. Experienced in managing and creating content for websites and social media platforms. Sharp writing skills within brand and audience tone. The ability to turn content around fast. Proactive, confident, and brimming with ideas. A great communicator and team player. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to juggle deadlines. SEO and UX knowledge is preferred but not essential. Why You'll Love Working at MediaWorks A vibrant, social work environment where creativity and "we don't do boring" lead the way. Centrally located office in Freeman’s Bay with close access to public transport. Enjoy birthday leave, volunteer leave, exclusive MediaWorker perks and discounts, and free access to our wellness platform. Access to training, coaching, courses, learning Tikanga and our annual mentorship program where you can be a mentor or mentee. Get involved with Moana, Rainbow, and Women's network groups, and support community change through the MediaWorks Foundation.
