Customer Sales Consultant RAD- Manukau

Overview Customer Sales Consultant role at AA in the Manukau Centre. The role involves delivering a customer-first experience and representing the AA in-store. The position operates on a Monday–Sunday roster between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, including weekends; primarily based in Manukau with potential to support nearby AA Centres. Responsibilities Be the face of the AA in the Manukau Centre, delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the right solutions. Engage with customers to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and other duties as required. Collaborate with team members to create memorable customer experiences. Qualifications Previous retail and/or sales experience. Confidence in working toward sales targets and using a customer-first approach. Positive attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn; strong teamwork skills. Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
