Internal Sales

Hand‑on sales and customer service role focused on supporting customers across the New Zealand industrial sector. The position offers growth opportunities, industry experience, and an attractive incentive package. Responsibilities Provide product support to a diverse customer base. Deliver front‑counter customer service, answering and processing enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in‑store sales. Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing and local delivery of customer orders. Develop and maintain customer relationships to position the branch as the supplier of choice. Assist in creating and implementing showroom promotional activities to drive counter sales. Qualifications 2–3 years of relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills, strong phone manner and customer‑service ethics. Natural problem‑solving skills and a curious mindset.
