Espresso Machine Technician

Responsibilities Responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining customers' espresso equipment across New Zealand Work primarily with La Marzocco machines Build trusted relationships with customers Travel independently and solve problems on the go Participate in a shared roster for scheduled weekend work and on-call support Requirements Ideally have experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment Customer-focused mindset Self-motivation and initiative Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication skills Good time management and organisation A full New Zealand driver's licence An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification (preferred but not essential) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in installing, servicing, and maintaining espresso equipment, particularly La Marzocco machines, while fostering strong customer relationships and exhibiting excellent problem-solving abilities during independent travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
