About The Opportunity This is an opportunity for experienced retail leaders to connect with us about leadership opportunities across our Mitre 10 stores in Auckland. We are inviting applications from proven leaders who operate comfortably in complex retail environments. Roles may suit leaders currently operating at Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Manager or Operations Manager level, or those leading significant teams, departments, or functions within similar retail businesses. While scope will vary, all roles require visible leadership, commercial awareness, accountability, and consistent execution. These are hands‑on leadership roles in fast‑moving environments where providing direction, developing teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering results matter.
