About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Site Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Hamilton office, providing a professional, welcoming, and proactive experience. You will deliver a broad range of office and operational administrative services that support the effective day‑to‑day running of ACC’s Hubs and Sites, helping ensure customers are supported in the right way, at the right time. You’ll play a pivotal role In providing front‑of‑house services, operational administration support, and coordination across site activities, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $60,486 – $68,314 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. About you | Mōu Experience in administration, reception, or front‑of‑house roles Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Cultural awareness, empathy, and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds Confidence working in a digital environment using multiple systems and tools Sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative, flexible, and proactive working style You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application. Please note this is an office‑based role, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm and you will need to have a Full New Zealand Drivers Licence .
