Job Description
Skills Group is looking for two New Enrolments Specialists to join our Learner Services team based at our East Tāmaki campus. As one of the first points of contact for our learners, you'll play a key role in creating a positive enrolment experience. Working closely with learners and internal teams, you'll guide people through the enrolment process, manage learner information across multiple systems, and ensure every enrolment is processed accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to solve problems will help learners get off to the best possible start on their training journey. What You’ll Be Doing Support learners through the enrolment process, providing exceptional customer service Process enrolments accurately across multiple systems while meeting agreed service levels Follow up on outstanding information and resolve enrolment-related issues Build strong relationships with learners and internal stakeholders across the business Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with organisational requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the learner experience What You’ll Bring At least two years’ experience in a customer service, administration, operations, or processing role A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confidence using multiple systems and learning new technology quickly (CRM experience is highly regarded) Experience within the education, training, or vocational sector is advantageous Why join us?
