About this role As an Analyst, you'll work in a creative, supportive, and agile team building the software and systems that help clients run their business better—from customer‑facing apps to cloud platforms and mission‑critical systems behind the scenes. Areas you can fulfil Application Development – design, build, and ship modern web and mobile applications that clients’ customers and staff use every day AI‑Assisted Engineering (Generative AI) – use GenAI coding tools and agents to build software faster and better, and learn how to embed AI into engineering workflows Cloud Engineering – help clients migrate to and get the most from the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), working with cutting‑edge cloud‑native technology using infrastructure‑as‑code and DevOps Integration Engineering – connect the systems, platforms and data sources that power clients’ business, working with APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture to make things talk to each other reliably and securely Platform Engineering – build and scale the platforms that applications and data run on, using best practices for security, quality, and observability Mission‑Critical Systems – we keep the systems that save lives and underpin the NZ economy running, supporting, extending and modernising them Emerging Technology – get hands‑on with new tools and technologies and help bring them to clients Typical day Writing, testing, and shipping code as part of an agile delivery team, with guidance from senior engineers Learning to build and deploy solutions on cloud platforms Helping keep clients’ systems reliable, secure, and up to date Using GenAI tools to accelerate development and learning how to engineer with AI, not just alongside it Working directly with clients to understand problems and turn them into working software Qualifications In the final year of a STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math), Business/Finance/Commerce, or data‑related degree or similar The personality to thrive in a collaborative environment A passion for all things cloud, strategy, data, insights, analytics, and intelligent solutions The ability to use available data to conduct analysis and draw basic conclusions A resilient attitude and enjoy working on ambiguous problems A keen problem‑solving streak with an analytical mind Excellent verbal and oral communication skills Benefits A competitive salary and joining bonus Subsidised professional qualifications and paid professional memberships Study, birthday, annual and community volunteer leave Career development with regular personalised coaching Social events, sports teams, and monthly firm drinks A focus on wellness and well‑being Subsidised health insurance and income protection insurance Plus much more #J-18808-Ljbffr
