Our water focus covers the management of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and groundwater as a collective resource. We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Hydraulic Modeller with a specialisation in Stormwater, Wastewater. As a senior member of our hydraulic modelling team, you’ll provide technical leadership across a range of complex water projects. You’ll lead modelling activities, support project delivery, mentor others, and work closely with clients to develop practical, innovative solutions that deliver lasting value. Key aspects of the role will include: Provide technical oversight of hydraulic modelling projects, including model build, calibration, system performance, options analysis, and QA/QC. Deliver high‑quality technical solutions by understanding client requirements, undertaking investigations, and preparing calculations, specifications, and designs. Manage allocated projects and coordinate project activities to deliver quality outcomes on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and supporting new business opportunities through proposals and expressions of interest. Provide specialist engineering expertise to support project delivery and solve complex technical challenges. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their technical and professional development.
