Keep our social media buzzing by engaging with customers, answering queries, and keeping the Electric Kiwi and Kiwi Mobile vibe alive. Stay sharp with ongoing training and development, keeping you ahead of the game in a fast‑moving industry. About you You genuinely enjoy helping people and making their day better. You are a natural at building relationships and having engaging conversations. You own what you do, you take initiative and follow through. You are cool under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑focused. You are confident on social media, whether responding to customers or creating fun, engaging content.
